Saturday 9: How's It Gonna Be

1. How's it gonna be in 2011 for you? **I know it's going to be a very promising year for me, and my time to realize my dreams :)

2. What is your idea of a perfect romantic evening? **candle light dinner on a cozy restaurant where a jazz music is playing on the background

3. What strategy would you implement to deal with drug abuse in today's world? **drug info drive i guess

4. What thing about your family are you least proud of? **our house but I am definitely proud of it.

5. What part of the holidays are you really looking forward to? **New Year's Eve!:)

6. Who is the last person you high-fived? Why? **our trainee in the ward

7. Have you ever made out at a drive-in? **No.

8. If you had only enough energy left in you for one last smile, who would you give it to? **to a baby I guess.

9. Tell us about that time when you were the “life of the party”. **I can't recall hahaha! I don't think I am the life of the party because in the group, everybody does. :)

Good News, Another Challenge!

Just this week, I was informed with something I considered a good news! Well, it's actually going to happen soon and I'm just counting the days left, and that is my so-called duty rotation. At least, it would be a wish being granted before the year 2010 ends.

I know this will be another great challenge for me and another series of adjustment to take.
I am keeping my fingers crossed and I hope I'd be guided in this path.

I've Decided!

I thought of not doing this, but I've finally decided that I should send cards (at least) to a person who gave me the courage to be strong, and who taught me that life is not at all a bed of roses. I am greatly indebted with the way I've been molded to who I am now. If not because of the trials encountered with the person, I may not have been able to know the true meaning of acceptance and defeat.

Things may have turned out unexpectedly, but I've learned lessons the hard way!;)

My 2010

In a few more days, the year 2010 is about to end. As of this writing, I still keep on recalling how my 2010 has been. Well, it's never getting worst or it has never been that better though. I could still feel that I haven't achieved much this year, except for the fact that I got frequent family dates which I found so memorable all the time.

Generally, the year 2010 is just like any other in my entire life. There are some big events though that we're happening, however, it is during this year that I've been given some great challenges that I should say, have influenced me to be how I am now. This year I should say is very unforgettable! It is during this time in my entire life that I've been exposed to an environment which I really had a hard time in adjusting. I always feel like I'm a neophyte. I have great good colleagues and there's no doubt about it. However, I just got this very feeling of being deprived. I feel like I've been ripped off with some rights = the very reason that every moment spent in there is always a 'trying moment'. Well, it's never too late though. I tried to become submissive NOW to every concern I'm tasked to accomplish, if that's the only thing to find my heart at peace in there.

This year, I'm becoming less of a party-goer. I think I've outgrown that already. Friendships do remain and I still find time to bond with them. However, I am missing my Pedia family so much this year! *sighs*

When it comes to family matters, I'm glad we got to bond now frequently. Thanks to my Dad, a then disciplinarian-turned-a-very-cool-dad, who makes every effort to unite us all, along with my mom.

As the year ends, I only want to savor the good memories spent. For next year and to all the coming years, my major major wish is to have a 'peace of mind' in everything! I wanna live life like there's no tomorrow while doing the things I love to do, and of course with the people I love in my whole life.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

2011: A New Uniform Year For Us

It's almost been two years since we've been using our white uniform. We are told that the uniform we've been using will be good for two years. Oh my, how fast time flies! And next year? We'll be changing our uniforms again, and that would mean, another amount to be deducted from our pockets. Oh how I really wish nursing scrubs would be our next preferred uniform!

By the way, I've really wanted to have scrubs as our nurse uniform. I can't forget the time when I was obliged to instantly report for work and since I haven't laundered my uniform yet, I was told I could use my scrubs. And guess what? I felt really comfortable on it. It's hassle-free and you won't get afraid getting dirty on it. Even if I had gone busier at that time, I just felt so comfortable because of the scrubs I was wearing.

For now, I am still keeping my fingers crossed hoping that my hopes will be addressed upon. I mean, working with nursing scrubs could be easier plus the fact that it won't cost much owning pairs of it. I knew there are cheap scrubs out there.

Well, it's Christmas anyway and I hope this Christmas wish will be granted.
