After savoring my off days and slept so hard, I now feel like I am sick. Perhaps this is brought about my curling too much in bed, or maybe I stayed longer in one position while sleeping. Lately, am experiencing a slight back pain. Funny cos I just realized that too much of something can be bad, say for instance my being able to sleep for long hours.
Got to instill in mind that too much of something is really bad. Better consider that thought in general. =)
