Funny cos I thought all the while that I am starting to lose weight after doing some hiphop abs sessions at home coupled with a less rice intake during meals. I even resorted considered having an oatmeal for breakfast and lunch. When I checked on my weight this morning, I was surprised cos it's still the same as before. I still got the same weight! But mind you, I still really feel that I am starting to shed off some pounds, or baka "feeling" ko lang rin siguro. Well, gotta exercise more and eat less! Gotta lose some pounds for real! Or else...my health would be at risk.
